Youtube: Smartphone and how it is invading privacy

Do you want half the country to know when you leave your house for a vacation? No? Well, start caring about your privacy. The less the government knows about you, the safer you are. People are not aware of the dangers of large groups of people (government officials and security industry) having access to everything in your life. Do you actually believe you are safer when policemen, politicians, pedophiles and assasination agents have access to where you and your kids are 24/7? If you still believe this, remember Marc Dutroux at some point had help from policemen to abduct a young girl. It is the first thing expats learn when travelling to a ‘less safe’ country: don’t tell anyone ever what you plan to do (not even where to go for a beer) and avoid any routine in your life (do not buy bread every day at the same bakery), as it makes you an easy target for kidnap, burglary, murder etc.

Nonetheless, a lot of people buy the “security versus safety” controverse. It is not a controverse. The more the government tries to control the entire population, the less safe you are (you can’t trust the entire group of government officials, at least some of them do not mean well). The police and secret agencies should focus on those that are known criminals, terrorists and leave the rest alone. It is much more efficient that way. And definitely safer for the general population.

About MOL

Maud Oortwijn had been a target of organized gang stalking for many years. We believe this must stop, for her and for everyone else facing it.
